Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Ravel Insights Inc. will automatically charge your payment method at the rate stated at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes, on a recurring basis in accordance with the terms of your subscription.
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew monthly without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it), every month of your contract until you cancel. If we change your plan's rate we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription until payment is received. You can edit your payment information anytime in your Account page.
You must cancel within 30 days of your next payment to avoid subsequent charges. If you cancel within less than 30 days, your next payment will be charged as the final payment and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription by visiting your Account page or by contacting Ravel Insights Inc. directly at info@ravelinsights.com.
If our service is significantly disrupted during the monthly subscription period, the client will be entitled to a pro-rated refund for that period, based on the length and level of disruption, as determined by Ravel Insights Inc.
The CLIENT ("you") and RAVEL INSIGHTS INC. agrees to and is bound by the following terms and conditions. This agreement shall come into effect upon activating your subscription.
Ravel Insights Inc. grants to the Client a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to receive and use the Platform for your information and analytical purposes only, on the terms and conditions specified herein.
The Client will only provide Ravel Insights Inc. the data that you are licensed to receive and use.
Ravel Insights is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the data provided by either the Client or a third-party.
The Platform is provided to you strictly for your organization's use and may not be duplicated, transferred or provided in any medium or format, in whole or in part, to any third party.
Ravel Insights Inc. will not share, assign, transfer or sell any Client data. All Client data will kept confidential and will only be accessed and/or viewed by employees or contractors of Ravel Insights Inc. and solely for the purposes of providing ongoing services to the Client.
You may request user names and passwords for more than one individual. Each such user name and password is to be used by a single person in your organization. You agree that you will keep your user names and passwords confidential. You are responsible for the security of your user names and passwords. Your user name and password will enable a user to obtain access to all of the Platform licensed by you by Ravel Insights Inc. You authorize us to provide access to your Platform to anyone using your user names and passwords.
You are responsible for: 1) all activities that occur using your user names and passwords, 2) notifying Ravel Insights Inc. of any unauthorized use of any of your user names or passwords.
You will ensure that you maintain in place commercially reasonable procedures to prevent unauthorized use of your user names and passwords or unauthorized access to the Platform that you are licensed to receive.
Ravel Insights Inc. is authorized to accept and act upon any request to change your authorized users (such as request to add additional authorized users for your organization) received from you in writing, provided however, that Ravel Insights Inc. is not required to change your authorized users unless such request is submitted.
You will not access or try to access restricted areas of the Ravel Insights Inc. computer system or perform or try to perform functions that are not authorized under this agreement or to disrupt, impair or interfere with Ravel Insights Inc.'s computer system. If Ravel Insights Inc. reasonably suspects that you are doing so or attempting to do so, then Ravel Insights Inc. may, without notice, suspend your access to the Platform to allow Ravel Insights Inc. to investigate or Ravel Insights may cancel this agreement without notice to you.
